Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. Every ALISADUDAJ* piece is made to order.
How long does production take?
Production time for most pieces is 3 days. The HAND-EMBROIDERED BLACK WRAP DRESS takes 5 days because of its extensive hand embroidery.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods (Christmas, New Year, etc.) there may be short delays in processing orders.
Where are your garments made?
Every piece is made in our atelier in Albania, and all orders are dispatched from Tirana, Albania.
Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces are offered in sizes XS, S, M and L. Our Size Guide lists the bust, waist and hip measurements for each size in centimetres and inches, with instructions on how to measure yourself.
What size is the model wearing?
Our model is 177 cm (5 ft 9 in) tall and wears size S in the product photos.
Can I request made-to-measure?

Care
How do I care for my garment?
Most of our garments are dry clean only. The ÇANTRO bag is hand wash. Where care instructions are shown on a product page, please follow them; if you are unsure how to care for a piece, contact us.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We offer DHL Express shipping for international orders. Estimated delivery times for our most popular international destinations are below. These do not include the processing time, and transit times do not include customs processing times.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the country the item is being shipped to.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
We provide tracking but not insurance. ALISA DUDAJ LLC is not liable for any goods lost in transit. For security reasons, please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel; if no one is available, the local carrier will follow its own protocol, which may include leaving the parcel unattended.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customs fees, import duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
All clothes are made to order and therefore all sales are final.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you believe you have received the wrong order, or an item by mistake, please email us at customer@alisadudaj.com.
I am in the European Union. Do different rules apply?
Yes. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
