Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, between Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are dispatched from Tirana, Albania. After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number in the following days.

During busy periods (Christmas, New Years, etc.) there may be short delays in processing orders.

 

International Orders

We offer DHL Express international shipping for International Orders. Please see chart below for estimated shipping times for our most popular International shipping destinations. These do not include the processing time. 

For security reasons, please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. If there is no one available to receive the parcel, the local carrier will follow their own protocol which may include leaving the parcel unattended. 

We provide tracking but not insurance. Please note, ALISA DUDAJ LLC is not liable for any goods lost in transit.
