Thank you for choosing ALISADUDAJ*. Every garment we create is handcrafted, uniquely tailored, and cut precisely to your individual specifications. Because each piece is exclusively made-to-order, ALISADUDAJ* enforces a strict No Returns and All Sales Final policy globally.
1. No Returns / No Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once production has commenced. This applies to all orders worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, custom-made and personalized goods are legally exempt from statutory 14-day cooling-off or withdrawal periods.

Production at the ALISADUDAJ* atelier begins immediately upon confirmation of your measurements and style choices. You may request modifications or a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order is locked into production, fabric is cut, and no changes, refunds, or cancellations can be issued.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged, defective, or fundamentally different from the specifications you ordered, please contact the ALISADUDAJ* team at customer@alisadudaj.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- If a manufacturing defect is verified by our atelier, we will arrange for a prompt replacement at our expense.
4. Fitting and Sizing Adjustments
Because ALISADUDAJ* crafts garments based on the measurements provided by you, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for incorrect sizing inputs. However, we want you to look your best. If your garment requires fit adjustments upon arrival, please contact our concierge team within 7 days, and we will guide you through our standard alterations support process.
